Vinification
Harvest: at full maturity, de-stemmed and pressed.
Cold settling: 5°C for 48 hours.
Fermentation: 18 – 20°C for 15 – 20 days.
Ageing: 4 – 6 months on fine lees, with stirring twice a week.

Colour: Golden yellow with green hues.
Nose & Palate: This sweet wine evokes aromas of white flowers and flavours of citrus fruits, apricots and peaches.
